1.1. All bookings for workshops or consultations must be paid in full in advance.  

1.2. Payment can be made using the available payment methods, which will be specified during the booking process.

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:  
2.1. Cancellation or Postponement by the Client:        
– If the client cancels or postpones the booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time, no cancellation fee will apply, and a full refund will be issued.       
– If the client cancels or postpones the booking within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time, a 100% cancellation fee penalty will apply, and no refund will be issued.    
2.2. In-Workshop Cancellation or Postponement:        
– If the client cancels or postpones their participation during the workshop or consultation, no refund will be provided.

 

3. Rescheduling:
3.1. Requests for rescheduling can be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

4. Workshop or Consultation Changes:   
4.1. The workshop or consultation provider reserves the right to change the date, time, location, or content of the workshop or consultation. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client in advance, and alternative arrangements will be offered.

 

5. Non-Attendance:
5.1. If the client fails to attend the scheduled workshop or consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

 

6. Force Majeure: 
6.1. The workshop or consultation provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, and unforeseen emergencies.

 

7. Client Responsibilities:    
7.1. Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the workshop or consultation as specified in the booking confirmation.

 

8. Privacy Policy:
8.1. Client information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be accessed on our website.

 

9. Governing Law:
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. By booking a workshop or consultation, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
